Labor & Birth Support
My birth support package is designed to provide practical preparation, evidence-based information, and steady support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period.
Cost: $1600
PRENATAL preparation
We will meet two to three times during pregnancy to discuss what to expect during labor and birth, explore options for pain management and common interventions, practice comfort measures and labor positions, create birth and postpartum plans, and prepare for the transition into life with a new baby. Our conversations are tailored to your questions, concerns, priorities, and hopes for the experience ahead.
SUPPORT DURING PREGNANCY
From the time we begin working together, you will have access to unlimited support via phone, text, and email. Whether you're navigating new information, weighing a decision, processing a medical appointment, or simply looking for reassurance, I'm available as a resource throughout your pregnancy.
oN-CALL AVAILABILITY
Beginning at 37 weeks, I am on call for your birth around the clock until your baby arrives.
CONTINUOUS LABOR SUPPORT
When labor begins, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth. My role is to help you feel informed, grounded, and supported in your decision-making while offering practical comfort measures, encouragement, and advocacy for your stated preferences.
tHE FIRST HOURS AFTER BIRTH
After your baby arrives, I remain with you for the first few hours to support feeding, recovery, bonding, and all of the questions and emotions that can accompany those first moments together. My goal is to help you feel cared for, settled, and supported as you begin this new chapter.
POSTPARTUM FOLLOW-UP
We will meet once more after the birth to process your experience, answer questions about newborn care and feeding, discuss recovery and adjustment, and ensure you have the resources and support you need moving forward.
Additional resources, referrals, and educational materials are available throughout our time together. If desired, I am also happy to take a few photographs during labor and immediately after birth using your phone or camera. For more on photography, see below.
Postpartum Support
The early postpartum period can be joyful, overwhelming, tender, exhausting, and transformative—often all at once. My role is to provide practical support, evidence-based information, and a steady presence as you adjust to life with a new baby and find your footing as a family.
Cost: $40 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum for postpartum shifts. Discounts are available for birth clients.
postpartum planning visit
Before your baby arrives, we will meet in your home to discuss your hopes, concerns, and plans for the postpartum period. Together, we'll think through practical preparations, identify areas where additional support may be helpful, discuss feeding and recovery goals, and create a postpartum plan tailored to the needs of your family.
FEEDING & NEWBORN EDUCATION
I offer evidence-informed education and support around breast/chestfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, infant sleep, and the many questions that arise during the first weeks and months of parenting. My goal is to help you feel informed and confident as you make decisions that work for your family.
hands-on newborn support
I provide daytime postpartum care tailored to the unique needs of your family. Every visit looks a little different, but support may include newborn care, feeding support, babywearing guidance, soothing and settling techniques, helping to establish household rhythms, and caring for your baby while you rest, shower, eat, or attend to other needs.
HOUSEHOLD CARE
Postpartum care extends beyond baby care. I can assist with light household tasks such as meal preparation, dishes, bottle-washing, laundry, tidying, organizing feeding or diapering stations, and other small projects that help your home function more smoothly during this season.
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT & BIRTH PROCESSING
The transition into parenthood can bring enormous joy as well as uncertainty, grief, anxiety, frustration, or unexpected emotions. I offer a nonjudgmental space to process your birth experience, navigate changing family dynamics, and talk through the realities of postpartum life.
RESOURCES & REFERRALS
I maintain an extensive network of trusted local providers and community resources and am always happy to offer referrals when additional support is needed.
I strive to provide care that reflects your family's values, traditions, and priorities. Cultural, spiritual, and family practices are always welcome in our work together, and I am happy to discuss ways to incorporate traditions that feel meaningful to you.

Whether you are considering abortion, preparing for an upcoming procedure, managing a medication abortion at home, or simply looking for someone to walk alongside you, I offer compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental support throughout the process.
Cost: Abortion support is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. If cost is a concern, please reach out.
PLANNING & PREPARTION

PRACTICAL & LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
Support may include help preparing for appointments, accompaniment to clinic visits, transportation to and from procedures, assistance communicating with healthcare providers, and other practical needs that arise throughout the process.
support during your abortion
Whether you are having a procedural abortion in a healthcare setting or managing a medication abortion at home, I offer emotional, informational, and physical support tailored to your needs and circumstances
aftercare & emotional processing
Abortion can bring a wide range of emotions, both immediately and over time. I offer ongoing check-ins and emotional support in the days and weeks that follow, creating space for reflection, conversation, and care.
Fertility &
Family-Building Support
There is no single path to creating a family. Whether you are trying to conceive without medical intervention, pursuing IUI or IVF, navigating donor conception, preparing for adoption, or exploring another route to parenthood, I offer practical, emotional, and informational support throughout the process.
Cost: Because every family-building experience is different, support is offered on a flexible, individualized basis. Together, we will create a plan that reflects your needs, goals, timeline, and budget.
planning & decision-making
Family-building often involves an overwhelming amount of information, uncertainty, and decision-making. I can help you navigate options, think through next steps, prepare for appointments, and process new information as it arises. Unlimited support via phone, text, and email is included throughout our time together.
emotional support
Trying to conceive, pursuing fertility treatment, or navigating the adoption process can bring hope, excitement, grief, frustration, anxiety, and countless other emotions—sometimes all at once. I provide a steady, nonjudgmental space for processing the challenges and complexities that can accompany family-building.
support through transitions & waiting periods
Family-building often involves paperwork, appointments, changing plans, long stretches of waiting, and unexpected turns. Whether you're anticipating an insemination, awaiting test results, preparing for an embryo transfer, navigating the adoption process, or adjusting to new information, I offer practical and emotional support through each stage of the process.
resource navigation
I offer evidence-informed information, carefully curated resources, and referrals to trusted providers. Whether you're seeking support with cycle tracking, fertility treatment, donor conception, adoption, or another family-building path, I can help connect you with resources, services, and sources of support that fit your needs.
appointment & procedure support
Support may include check-ins before and after appointments, accompaniment to virtual or in-person consultations, in-person support during fertility procedures, support during at-home conception efforts, and practical assistance preparing for important conversations with your healthcare team.
Inclusive and Affirming Care
As a queer doula, I understand that many fertility systems and resources continue to center heterosexual and cisgender experiences of family-making. I am committed to providing affirming support for LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families throughout the family-building process.
Loss & Bereavement Support
Reproductive loss can be profoundly painful, disorienting, and isolating. Whether you are experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), unsuccessful fertility treatments, or another form of reproductive loss, you deserve compassionate support and care as you navigate what comes next.
Cost: Loss support is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. If cost is a concern, please reach out.
Emotional Support & Presence
I offer gentle, nonjudgmental support for individuals, couples, and families experiencing loss. Grief has no single timeline or shape, and I strive to create space for whatever thoughts, feelings, questions, or uncertainties may arise.
practical & informational support
Support may include help understanding your options, preparing for conversations with healthcare providers, navigating medical appointments, understanding what to expect physically, and accessing additional resources as needed.
hospital & in-home support
When appropriate, I can provide support in hospital settings or in your home, offering a steady presence during difficult moments and helping you navigate immediate decisions and needs.
honoring your loss
Many people find comfort in creating meaningful ways to acknowledge and remember a pregnancy, fertility journey, or baby. I can help you explore rituals, memorial practices, keepsakes, or other forms of remembrance that feel right for you and your family.
resources & referrals
I maintain a network of trusted therapists, support groups, healthcare providers, and community resources and am happy to connect you with additional support when needed.
Photography
In addition to my work as a doula, I am a film photographer with a longstanding interest in documenting relationships, family life, and moments of transition. My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that photographs can serve as both keepsakes and records of a particular season of life.
I offer film photography sessions for expectant parents, new families, and others moving through the many transitions of family-making. Sessions are designed to feel unhurried and natural, with plenty of room for conversation, movement, and connection.
